I met Ron in January when he took over a difficult file on a commercial transaction that another broker had spent over a month on with little or no progress. Ron was very personable and professional and requested a copy of all documents pertinent to the property. He immediately asked for an extension of the conditional period and was able to convince the listing agent and the seller to provide us with more time. As this was an owner-occupied commercial property, some additional deal structuring was required and Ron was able to get a commitment from an institutional lender at a very competitive interest rate. We successfully closed at the end of February.
